Incredible customer service. We were staying at a pretty bad TLA, I called Andrew and he was able to get us into one of their TLAs same day and provide us a car. Another fantastic experience and stay with TLA Office from May - June 2026. This was our second stay with TLA Office after unexpectedly arriving back in Germany earlier this year. At very short notice, Andrew ensured my family had somewhere to stay, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property we stayed in was fully equipped, including a rental car. I can honestly say that TLA Office goes well above and beyond what would be expected from a business. Exceptional customer service, always professional and friendly, reliable and super flexible. The apartments and houses vary in size and location, making them ideal for any family size and school zone. Book quickly as TLA Office is always in high demand! Our entire experience with the TLA Office has made an otherwise stressful PCS season enjoyable. Our Mackenbach apartment was modern, spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and it came with a beautiful view! The TLA Office also provided us with a nice car, which was parked right outside at time of arrival. Andrew is responsive, attentive, and kind. He is also very knowledgeable about the entire VAT and reimbursement process. The property was really well equipped with everything you can possibly need during your stay along with a nice small SUV to get around town with.  Whenever we had any issue or questions Andrew was always just a WhatsApp message away with an answer or solution. I stayed with them on my way out of Germany and it was the smoothest part of my PCS. The home I stayed in had everything I needed, all of the paperwork was exactly what the base wanted and done on day 1, and the car even had a charger (as well as gas) so you don’t even have to pay for fuel on the economy. Our stay at the TLA was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. *Title*: [Rating] ★★★★★ Cozy Apartment in Great Location (Mackenbach, Germany) We stayed at TLA-Office in Mackenbach for 2 months and had a wonderful time. Andrew was super responsive and made check-in a breeze; even though we arrived almost at midnight. The apartment was clean, cozy, spacious, and perfectly suited for 6+ guests. It had more than we needed: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with all the essentials, living and laundry room, a fenced yard, and a car included. - Location was great, it’s pretty close to Ramstein AB, restaurants, shops, and plenty of walking trails. We loved the amenities and the professional Barista style espresso machine with plenty of coffee beans, comfy beds with tv’s, great Wi-Fi, and a printer. Also, a Play station 5. What else could you ask for. Thank you Andrew for such a warm welcome to Germany, your advice, and all your great hospitality and   Recommendations on where to find a place to live. When we found out we were moving to the area, we contacted 4 different TLA options. TLA Office responded almost immediately, while others took days to respond. We chose them based off of that fact alone, & spent 3 wonderful months with them while we house hunted. They continued to go above & beyond the entire stay. They had a litter box ready to go as soon as we arrived, so we didn’t have to run to the store immediately & could just relax instead! One less (important) thing to worry about after a long flight. We absolutely loved our 11-day stay at this property! It served as the perfect sanctuary while we were in the process of moving out of Germany. The house itself is exceptional; it has been beautifully renovated with a sleek, modern design, yet it remains wonderfully warm and inviting thanks to the tasteful decoration. It felt like a true home rather than a rental. Technologically, the house is fully kitted out with everything we could possibly want, making our stay incredibly convenient. However, the absolute standout feature was the inclusion of a car for our use during the entire stay. This was a massive bonus that made navigating our final days in the country seamless. Most importantly, the hosts were fantastic. They provided everything we needed but were never overbearing. My wife and I have been part of the military community for over 21 years here in Europe so we are experienced at the PCS process. Choosing a TLA was very important and strategic for us. We chose TLA Office because of its flexibility, location and options. When we ended our time there after almost 90 days, I would tell you that Andrew and the team understand American customer service. TLA Office, and our POC Andrew, were very professional and knowledgeable. Andrew helped us from the very beginning regarding finding a home to accommodate us and our pets. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the TLA home, and greeted us with the most friendly smile. He was very patient with showing us the home and how everything works. This was our first time in Germany, so we appreciated him, showing us all the appliances and how they worked especially the amazing coffee machine. This is an excellent TLA setup. After a long trip, they have everything you need to come in, relax, get your feet under you, and start in or out processing. It will be handy if you're on your way out or in to have a car. It's a quick drive to places like IKEA or Globus, or a short walk to a Cap Store for groceries. Ramstein Air Base is just down the Autobahn, but very manageable. The Army bases are also close. My initial TLA experience in Germany was far from ideal. The first home I stayed in was managed by an unprofessional company — communication was poor, things were broken, and it simply wasn’t a good fit for me or my dog. Amazing TLA in sweet town of Schwedelbach! Great location, beer garden, bakery annd ice cream across the street. Hiking/Biking trails. Outstanding restaurants 5-10 min way. Grocery 5 min. The location in Kaiserslautern is perfect - close to all of the bases, grocery stores, restaurants & right next to a park & several trails for hiking or biking. My stay was excellent! I have no issues with the TLA or service provided by Andrew & team. The rental car was new and it was such a relief being able to have a place to stay and car to be mobile and comfortable. The only gripe I had was the unit I utilized, there was construction 10 yards from the apartment. It made it frustrating as they worked throughout the day, but I had the opportunity to move upon request, which is unrelated to the service I received from TLA Office. Hands down the best TLA in Ramstein! Everything is high quality. Built-in coffee/espresso machine, TV in every room, ensuite master bedroom (good luck finding that in Germany). This place was amazing AND they provided a vehicle. Beyond that the staff was awesome. They handled anything we asked usually same day and were responsive to all our inquiries. The team made it so easy to move right in. The place has everything you could need! Less than 10 minutes from Ramstein AFB with a school bus stop right down the hill. Staying with TLA has made my TDY very comfortable. I highly recommend the TLA office for anyone needing a place.  Andrew is quick and has helped so much with every question I had. House has beautiful furniture. Big flat screen TVs. They ensured to fill up My coffee maker with coffee beans. I asked for an air fryer and received !! Our TLA is located in Kaiserslautern, near Vogelweh Military Base and it is located in a great location. It is a beautiful duplex house, well-maintained, cute patio and quiet area. Walking distance from a grocery store, restaurants,  park with play ground. It has 3 bedrooms, big kitchen area, 1 and 1/2 bathroom and Wi-Fi.  We loved it here,  sadly it is temporary. TLA Office has beautiful TLA apartments/homes.  Their reservation/invoice process with VAT form is super simply.  The TLA came with a loaner car too.  Andrew met me at the house and explained all the features.  He also provided additional coffee for the built-in coffee maker.  A shuttle to the airport also included. I highly recommend TLA-Office to families leaving and/or arriving and are in of need temporary lodging. The entire team here is helpful, very accommodating and were always there to answer my questions and concerns. They were very helpful when our flight was delayed. Our unit was modern, brand new and super clean. Top of the line everything. My family of 4 could not have asked for a better place to stay during our last 10 days here in Germany. The fact that the unit comes with with a rental car, made our transition even more smoother. Kudos to the entire staff. The owners care about their clients and worked with us when we were in a bind! I can't recommend Arnold and the TLA Office more! I'll just start by saying that I highly recommend them. It couldn't have been a smoother transition moving from the States to Germany. First, Arnold offered to pay for the airport shuttle from Frankfurt to the house. This was a huge stress relief because we had 2 animals with us. Then when we arrived, he met us and changed the door combination so we didn't need a key. The best part is that the TLA came with a car. Not just any car, but a new station wagon so we could haul items. The house was very nice, modern and fully equipped with everything one would need including coffee and laundry soap. The house we stayed in was right next to the woods, so we enjoyed our daily walks with the dog. There was a large screen smart tv so we could watch some American programs. The house had a big terrace, so I asked for patio furniture. It was ordered and delivered a couple of weeks later. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. TDY Homes is amazing. I’m already in my second month at the ktown downtown location and I can testify that Our stay here have been great. Our location is perfect we’re only 4 mini walking to the mall , 12 minutes walking to the training station, 10 minutes by car to Kleber Kaserne or 21 minutes by bus. This is an American friendly, very nice house. I used it for TLA, but would also use it for a vacation rental or visiting family. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to all bases.  Nice backyard with play things for young children. A playground with equipment for older children is very close by. There are also lots of walking paths with beautiful trees next to the playground. Aarnold was an exceptional host!  He even supplied an AC unit during a very hot weather period.  Additionally, Aarnold ensured that we gained access to our TLA when I had accidently locked myself out.  The unit was very clean and modern.  There is a wonderful park and restaurant adjacent to the unit.
